Accurately and safely prepares and administers oral
and topical medications prescribed by the physician.
Verifies the identity of the resident before administering medication or checks the medication three times before administering for correct resident
and accurate time and frequency (e. g. 1 hour after meals)
Ensures that all medications administered are properly labeled.
