What They're Looking For.

Must Have

High School Diploma or GED, 1 year experience assessing customer technical issues, CompTIA A+ CE, CompTIA N+ CE, CompTIA Security+ CE, Apple Certified Support Professional, Apple Certified IT Professional, Cisco Certified support Technician (CCST), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification, Valid Drivers License

Nice to Have

Associates Degree in Information Systems, 1 year experience in Healthcare processes and procedures

What You'll Do.

Provide technical expertise for hardware or software problems

Coordinate end user support phases

and resolve technical issues

Create and maintain Help Desk User Guides

Maintain Knowledge Base articles

Assist and coordinate support across Information Systems departments

Support Construction Management system offices

Coordinate moves and installations

Perform special assignments and projects
