The Packaging Development Coordinator is responsible for leading end to end packaging development for Personal Care innovations, renovations, and productivity projects across Latam. The role ensures delivery of technically robust, compliant, sustainable, and cost-effective packaging solutions that delight consumers and meet business objectives, through close collaboration with cross functional and external partners. This role will operationally drive and lead the implementation of innovation & non-innovation projects for PC business. Therefore, flexibility and versatility are also requirements in the position.
