Secret clearance, Third Shift, occasional coverage on weekends, work on-site, work Tuesday through Friday from 6:00 PM local to 4:00 AM local, provide additional coverage for third shift weekend coverage, work on-site at our Clearfield, UT location, Lifts and moves equipment up to 50 pounds, ability to obtain, and maintain, a DOD Top Secret level security clearance, ability to obtain, and maintain, access to Special Programs, U.S. Citizenship is required

High school diploma, 2 years of relevant experience, Associate’s degree, 0 years of relevant experience, current US Government Secret level security clearance, ability to obtain, and maintain, a DOD Top Secret level security clearance, ability to obtain, and maintain, access to Special Programs, Active Security+ CE certification or higher, Experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Product Suites, remote deployment methods
Nice to Have
Associate’s degree, 1 years of experience with IT related hardware in a classified environment, Active Top Secret, TS/SCI, SAP/SAR access, or Polygraph, Proficiency in remote administration and troubleshooting of desktop PCs, Familiarity with Active Directory, creating user and computer accounts, Operating System Cross-platform awareness, Knowledge of supporting a VMWare VDI, Familiarity with ticketing systems

Create and manage tickets
Perform relocation of workstations

Resolve technical problems
Answer queries by telephone
Create and unlock user/computer account
Perform password resets
Assist with paperwork
Maintain accurate inventory records
