Ensure project risks are identified
Highlight risks to stakeholders
Input formulation and R&D information
Ensure documentation supports claims
Use digital approaches to analyse data
Identify insights for efficiency
Inspire team members to adopt digital practices
Demonstrate understanding of global product portfolio
Identify opportunities for simplification
Lead work plan for Formulation Technicians
Delegate laboratory work
Participate in departmental initiatives
Maintain laboratory housekeeping
Maintain laboratory safety
Support training for colleagues
Provide technical support for colleagues
Champion Axe new product mixes
Ensure alignment with consumer needs
Support delivery of technical storytelling
