What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Australian Citizen, Proven experience in HRIS/HCM system administration, Workday experience
Nice to Have
Workday (Core HCM, Recruitment, Absence, Compensation, Talent highly desirable), Experience with ticketing/service management systems, Previous leadership or team management experience desirable, Knowledge of HR metrics and employment legislation (desirable)
