Must Have
5+ years of payroll, time and benefits experience, 2+ years of experience leading a team, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Analytical skills and problem solving ability, Knowledge of related federal/state/local/country specific laws and regulations in supported countries/region, Proficiency in Mandarin language (read, write and speak)
Nice to Have
3+ years of human resources experience in specific area of expertise (e.g. HR Service Desk, Personnel Administration and/or Organizational Management, Training Administration, HR Systems Support)
