What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1–3 years of experience in payroll services and benefits administration, fluent in German, fluent in English, advanced Excel skills (v-lookup, pivot tables), solid understanding of the payroll cycle and HR processes, excellent eye for detail, proven track record of delivering results in a matrix organization, comfortable working independently with competing priorities, problem-solving skills, active listening, critical thinking, adaptable to change, enjoy learning new tools (such as Workday or ServiceNow), thrive in ambiguous situations
