Act as a Payroll Specialist

Review payroll inputs for accuracy

Ensure all documentation is received

Update and improve payroll trackers

Maintain and develop payroll documentation

Manage payroll integrations

Complete knowledge of payroll processes

Suggest process improvements

Understand information flowing into payroll system

Ensure alignment and accuracy

Maintenance of system updates

Update existing check templates

Update earnings/deductions groupings

Review and update time and attendance module configuration

Manage payroll tax accounts

Address letters from tax agencies

Record and review payroll journal entries

Update the GL mapping

Review payroll and benefits bank accounts statements

Book all transactions

Establish and communicate payroll schedules

Assist with payroll audits
