Objective / Purpose of the Function: Provide quality services, supporting the payroll coordinator. Main Responsibilities: Assist the Payroll Coordinator in the following activities and their execution: • Process and calculate the weekly payroll (KPI) • Calculate, withhold, and pay all payroll taxes (KPI). • Submit terminations, additions, and salary modifications to the IMSS-IDSE (Mexican Social Security Institute). • Calculate and prepare the annual salary and wage adjustment payroll for applicable employees. • Respond to all legal requirements associated with payroll taxes and withholdings. • Review the hours worked by employees and verify them with HR. • Coordinate external payroll audits to obtain a clean report. • Prepare and submit payroll reports. • Participate in the preparation of the annual salary and wage budget. • Reconcile accumulated payroll with monthly accounting records. • Calculate and process PTU (Employment Benefit), Christmas Bonus, Vacation, and Savings Fund payments. • Calculate the occupational hazard pay. • Monitor and report overtime. • Follow up on the legal requirements listed in the FMI-1
