Must Have
At least 1 year of experience in payroll, timekeeping, or financial data management, Willing to work onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati three (3) days per week
Nice to Have
Familiarity with MS Outlook, Bullhorn, Fieldglass, or similar workforce/ticketing systems is a plus
What You'll Do.
Process work order acceptances for onboarded employees
including data entry (Rate
Support payroll and timekeeping administration for assigned clients
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly financial and payroll-related reports for assigned clients
Respond to employee inquiries received through ticketing systems and manage shared Outlook mailboxes
Use various client systems and tools to support onboarding and screening while maintaining accurate employee data
including background information
and other compensation details.
Manage multiple client accounts and track assigned talent headcount accurately
Deliver excellent employee and client support to ensure a positive stakeholder experience
Stay up to date with payroll regulations

In this role, you will support payroll processing, timekeeping management, and financial data accuracy to ensure employees are compensated correctly and on time.
