Full Job Description
We are looking for **Payroll Specialists** to join our team in Gdańsk! As a **Payroll Specialist** , you will execute end-to-end payroll processing for an assigned scope of countries, acting as the key liaison between the company and third-party payroll providers. You will ensure payroll is delivered accurately and on time, in compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements, while leveraging AI tools and collaborating closely with HR, Finance, and Treasury teams. **About the Role** In this opportunity as a **Payroll Specialist** , you will: * Manage the full payroll cycle for assigned countries, coordinating with third-party payroll providers and ensuring all inputs are submitted accurately and on time in the required formats. * Serve as the primary point of contact with external payroll vendors, validating outputs, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with established processes. * Partner with HR, Accounting, and Treasury to gather, validate, and deliver payroll-related data and ensure proper general ledger alignment. * Perform payroll reconciliations, including third-party payments and GL-related activities. * Resolve payroll queries from employees and internal stakeholders, escalating complex issues as needed. * Support audit processes by preparing payroll data, documentation, and reports. * Document and maintain payroll procedures to ensure consistency and compliance. * Leverage AI tools and automation to improve accuracy and efficiency in payroll operations. * Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives. **About You** You’re a fit for the role of **Payroll Specialist** if you have the following required qualifications: * **English fluency required**. * University or college education preferred; high school diploma required. * Payroll experience in a multinational or regional environment. * Experience working with third-party payroll providers and managing end-to-end payroll processes. * Intermediate to advanced
