What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience), Minimum 3 years of payroll experience, Hands-on experience with UKG Time & Attendance (Kronos), Working knowledge of payroll regulations, Working knowledge of wage and hour laws, Immediate to advanced Excel proficiency
Nice to Have
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll experience, Wisely paycard experience, ADP Smart Compliance experience, Advanced Excel proficiency including complex formulas, pivot tables, reconciliations, and payroll analysis
What You'll Do.
Support accurate and timely processing of payroll
Execute payroll transactions
Validate payroll data
Assist with payroll compliance
Work with Time and Attendance accrual
Escalate discrepancies as needed
Use Excel for basic to intermediate analysis
Partner with HR and Finance to resolve payroll-related
Provide timely customer service to employees regarding payroll
Participate in system testing
Participate in process improvement initiatives
Support HR and business leaders with payroll reporting
Support HR and business leaders with payroll insights
Support HR and business leaders with payroll issue
Assist with company events
Assist with HR programs
Perform other duties as assigned
