What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2 years of experience in Payroll, HR Operations, or data/process roles, attention to detail and accuracy, Experience working with systems, data, and spreadsheets, Comfortable with international payroll nuances and time-tracking systems, communication skills for interacting with global stakeholders, High attention to detail and ability to work independently during the evening shift
What You'll Do.
serve as a key administrator for our time tracking systems
preserving the integrity of our global workforce data
auditing employee time entries for accuracy and completeness
resolve issues such as missing punches
timecard discrepancies
or pending manager approvals
support our global payroll cycles by validating time data before it is processed
ensuring employees are compensated correctly based on different factors
including total hours worked
complex overtime rules
and various shift differentials
learn and support the specific time tracking and pay rules for the US
assisting the team in maintaining strict compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
act as the face of time and attendance for our staff
supporting the onboarding of new hires
coordinating training sessions for managers
teach teams how to navigate our systems
serve as a dedicated point of contact for any attendance-related inquiries
partner with Payroll and HR teams to identify bottlenecks and improve our time tracking workflows
testing and implementing new system updates
collaborating with external vendors to enhance configurations
assist in preparing comprehensive reports on overtime trends
play a supportive role in audits and internal reviews
