As the **Payroll Specialist – EMEA** , you’ll play a **hands-on, individual contributor role** in building and operating payroll processes across multiple countries as part of a **global HR Shared Services model**. This is a **builder role** for someone who takes personal accountability, is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, and thrives in ambiguity. You will not inherit fully mature processes—you will help **stabilize, improve, and modernize** them. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys solving problems, improving how work gets done, and using technology (including emerging AI capabilities) to make payroll more accurate, efficient, and scalable. This position reports to the **Head of Global Payroll** and supports payroll for **France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom** with the opportunity to expand scope over time. **The Team:** The Payroll team sits within **HR Shared Services** , focused on delivering consistent, scalable, and compliant payroll services globally. We partner closely with Finance, Tax, People Partners, HR Technology, and outsourced payroll providers across APAC, North America, and EMEA.
