What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3-5 years’ experience in payroll, Experience with ADP (Workforce Now), Basic knowledge of local and federal labor laws and regulations related to payroll, International payroll experience

Nice to Have

CFA charterholder preferred

What You'll Do.

Review and ensure accuracy and timeliness of all payrolls (/bi-weekly/semimonthly/monthly)

Process International Payrolls

Process bonus and equity transactions through payroll

Maintain interface from Workday to ADP

Keep ADP up to date with new hires

Prepare payroll reports for management and auditors

Respond to employee inquiries and resolve payroll discrepancies

Maintain SOX payroll controls through reconciliations

documentation and audit support.

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work with offshore team in managing various payroll tasks; Collaborate with the business to ensure timeliness of timecard submission and answer any timecards inquires; Partner with ADP to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations; Collaborate with various departments to ensure payroll is accurate

Assist in special requests and projects, implementing efficiencies across companies
