What You'll Do.
Process end-to-end payroll for employees while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and Philippine labor regulations
Manage regular payroll processing based on company payroll schedules (monthly or semi-monthly)
Prepare and transmit payroll remittance files for employee salary crediting
Review and validate attendance
and other payroll-related data
Generate payroll registers
and payroll-related documentation
Ensure timely and accurate payroll computation and salary release
Prepare and distribute employee payslips through designated communication channels
Handle payroll adjustments

and off-cycle payroll processing
Process and monitor mandatory government contributions and payroll tax compliance
Prepare and support compliance requirements
Process employee reimbursements
and other special payouts
Support payroll requirements related to onboarding and offboarding employees
Maintain and update payroll records

Key Responsibilities * Process end-to-end payroll for employees while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and Philippine labor regulations * Manage regular payroll processing based on company payroll schedules (monthly or semi-monthly) * Prepare and transmit payroll remittance files for employee salary crediting * Review and validate attendance, overtime, leaves, holiday pay, night differential, commissions, incentives, allowances, and other payroll-related data * Generate payroll registers, variance reports, accounting reports, and payroll-related documentation * Ensure timely and accurate payroll computation and salary release * Prepare and distribute employee payslips through designated communication channels * Handle payroll adjustments, final pay computation, statutory deductions, and off-cycle payroll processing * Process and monitor mandatory government contributions and payroll tax compliance, including: * SSS * PhilHealth * Pag-IBIG (HDMF) * BIR tax filings and remittances * Prepare and support compliance requirements such as: * BIR Form 1601-C * BIR Form 1604-C * BIR Form 2316 * Other payroll-related statutory reports * Process employee reimbursements, bonuses, 13th month pay, and other special payouts * Support payroll requirements related to onboarding and offboarding employees * Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams regarding payroll concerns and employee inquiries * Maintain and update payroll records, employee information, and payroll documentation * Assist in payroll audits, reconciliations, and payroll reporting activities * Ensure confidentiality and security of employee payroll and compensation information * Perform other payroll and administrative duties as assigned Qu
