Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all organizational levels. Demonstrate efficiency and flexibility in performing detailed tasks in a fast-paced work environment with frequent interruptions, changing priorities, and multiple deadlines. Assist in the reconciliation of payroll accounts as needed. Maturity in dealing with sensitive and confidential matters. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: * Compiling payroll data, posts wages, and reconciles errors, in order to balance the payroll and maintain payroll records * Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications to produce correspondence, electronic communication, and maintain spreadsheets and databases * Identifying and resolving internal discrepancies * Processing weekly transfer of payroll data to payroll system * Researching employee questions concerning paychecks or pay in general * Supporting and sustaining a positive work environment that fosters team performance through own work and behavior * Performing other duties as assigned **Qualifications and Requirements** * 2 years' experience with processing payroll to include collection, calculating, and entering data preferre
