Must Have
3–5 years of payroll experience, Basic understanding of payroll principles, Basic understanding of tax concepts, Basic understanding of local regulations, Ability to manage multiple priorities, Ability to work under tight deadlines, Customer service mindset, Ability to respond to employee payroll queries, Good communication skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Proficiency in Excel, Ability to work independently, Ability to work as part of a team, High level of integrity, High level of confidentiality
Nice to Have
APAC payroll experience, Experience with Workday HCM, Experience with CloudPay
What You'll Do.
Act as first point of contact for employee payroll queries
and resolve payroll inquiries
Support end-to-end payroll processing
and reconcile payroll inputs
Ensure accurate processing of payroll components
Execute high-volume data entry
Maintain data integrity across systems
Prepare and run payroll reports
Ensure compliance with SOPs
Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements
Ensure compliance with SOX control standards
Monitor statutory and regulatory payroll changes
Collaborate with regional payroll specialists
Participate in cross-training
Support documentation of payroll processes
Contribute to process improvements
Contribute to automation initiatives
Work effectively in fast-paced environment
Manage multiple priorities
