This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing, while supporting HR controlling activities and bonus administration. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external payroll providers, contributing to payroll efficiency and continuous process improvement. **What You’ll Do** • Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance • Prepare payroll inputs and coordinate with external payroll providers • Support bonus plans administration (data preparation, payouts, communication) • Assist with HR controlling activities such as headcount tracking and personnel cost reporting • Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning related to payroll and personnel costs • Act as a key user for payroll systems and support process improvements • Prepare payroll-related reports and support audits and statutory requirements • Provide guidance and support to HR and business stakeholders on payroll-related topics **What We’re Looking For** • Experience in payroll operations​ • Strong analytical skills • Good understanding of reporting and data preparation • Strong communication skills • Fluent in English and Czech ** What We Offer** • A working environment recognized with the Great Place to Work certification • Bonus holiday of 5 working days/calendar year (25 days in total) • 2 Sick days • Meal plan flat rate 90 Kc per day • Multisport card (with company contribution) • After 1 year in the company pension contribution (3%) • Allowance for the use of a mobile phone for business purposes (400 Kč per month)
