This person will be part of the GBS Team, ensuring accurate payroll processing, resolving employee queries, and supporting HR operations using Workday and ServiceNow. **Responsibilities:** * Process payroll inputs and support end-to-end payroll operations with accuracy and timeliness. * Validate payroll data including attendance, leave, reimbursements, deductions, and statutory components * Manage payroll-related employee queries and resolve issues within defined service level agreements (SLAs) * Ensure payroll transactions are processed in compliance with company policies, labour laws, and statutory regulations * Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records in HR and payroll systems * Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors to ensure smooth payroll processing * Support employee lifecycle activities related to payroll including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exit settlements * Monitor and reconcile payroll reports, ensuring data accuracy and compliance * Handle confidential employee information with integrity and discretion.
