This role supports payroll operations for 1,000+ teammates across the U.S., Ireland, the U.K., Canada, and India, helping deliver a seamless payroll experience that directly supports teammate trust and business continuity. Beyond payroll processing, this role contributes to the integrity of our people and financial data through audits, reconciliations, reporting, and cross-functional partnership. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to help maintain efficient, compliant, and scalable payroll operations as ReliaQuest continues to scale. This is a strong opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and excited to build experience in global payroll within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. **The everyday hustle:** * Support the preparation and processing of bi-weekly and monthly multi-state and international payrolls for salaried and hourly teammates, with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness. * Organize, review, and enter payroll inputs and adjustments, ensuring teammate data is complete, accurate, and aligned with payroll deadlines. * Process terminations and other off-cycle payments in accordance with internal policies and applicable regulations. * Partner closely with People Business Partners to ensure employee lifecycle changes — including new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations — are reflected accurately and processed on time. * Perform regular payroll audits and validations to help ensure data integrity, identify discrepancies, and reduce payroll risk. * Conduct reconciliations of payroll payments against reported data and support payroll accounting accuracy. * Prepare detailed data and documentation for internal and external audits to support compliance and policy adherence. * Assist with year-end payroll activities, including r
