Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing, working knowledge of Fair Work legislation, superannuation, and payroll tax, Experience interpreting awards and employment entitlements, Solid understanding of Single Touch Payroll (STP) and ATO compliance requirements, Experience with payroll reconciliations, reporting, and year-end processes, attention to detail and high level of numerical accuracy, Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a range of stakeholders, Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
