Must Have
Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing, working knowledge of Fair Work legislation, superannuation, and payroll tax, Experience interpreting awards and employment entitlements, Solid understanding of Single Touch Payroll (STP) and ATO compliance requirements, Experience with payroll reconciliations, reporting, and year-end processes, attention to detail and high level of numerical accuracy, Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a range of stakeholders, Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion

What You'll Do.
End-to-end payroll processing across regular
and termination payments
Ensuring accurate calculation of salaries
Managing payroll compliance across tax
and industrial relations requirements
and statutory obligations
Maintaining payroll data and employee records in Workday
Reconciling payroll accounts
Supporting month-end activities
Administering employee benefits and salary sacrifice arrangements (e. g. novated leases
Responding to payroll queries and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
and regulatory submissions
