Position Summary: Flagship Pioneering is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing a semi-monthly payroll for 600+ employees including exempt and non-exempt employees. Collect and review intern/Co-Op timesheets, maintain the company’s payroll system, audit the system for completeness regularly. Answer employee inquiries about pay checks and ensure strict compliance with company and regulatory payroll requirements. Specific Respons
