Our culture of collaboration, innovation, and shared values empowers professionals to grow and succeed. **About the role** The payroll officer is responsible for the processing of monthly payroll data, allowing for timely payment of monthly salaries, related income tax and social security payments, as well as for the timely submission of any payroll-related reports and filings. We are now looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our Payroll Team here in Bulgaria. **D** aily challenges * Correct and punctual calculation of the salaries in terms of legal requirements, employment contract agreements and employer’s agreements * Maintaining and performing payroll/time tracking transactions accordingly to country-specific regulations * Ensuring post payroll activities (preparing specific corporate reports, distributing pay slips, sick leave submission etc.) * Giving active support and meeting deadlines in answering all payroll/time tracking issues and queries raised by the employees, their managers or any other parties (via phone, e-mail or other corporate tools) * Preparing prompt and correct statements required in the process according to employees' orders * Preparing timely yearly/quarterly declarations according to the local legal requirements * Covering all year-end activities by preparing year-end journal entries, financial reports and statements, assisting local Controllership in annual local year-end audits, etc. * Creating daily/weekly/monthly/periodic reports requir
