We’re looking for a Payroll Specialist who doesn’t just run payroll; but owns it end-to-end, questions inefficiencies, and raises the standard every cycle. You’ll be part of a regional setup, managing payroll across APAC while contributing to a function that values accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement. **Core responsibilities include:** * Own end-to-end payroll processing across assigned APAC markets; from pay cycle setup to payment file submission. * Ensure all employee lifecycle changes (new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations) are processed accurately and on time. * Manage the full leaver process, ensuring correct final pay, deductions, and statutory compliance. * Act as the go-to contact for payroll and tax-related queries via Ask HR; providing clear, reliable, and timely support. * Maintain high standards of data accuracy across payroll systems, including benefits, tax codes, and records. * Identify gaps, flag risks early, and drive continuous improvements in payroll processes and controls. **
