USA payroll experience preferred, Workday Time Tracking experience preferred
What You'll Do.
Execute Canada payrolls
Prepare employee records for payroll processing
Support Time and Attendance activity
Enter and verify deduction amounts
Process reports to analyze payroll data
Process requests for manual payroll checks
Process stop payments on lost paychecks
Reissue lost paychecks
Process/support Canada Court Orders
Verify garnishment calculations
Verify tax levy calculations
Communicate with employee or resorts
Assist HR/Payroll resort staff with time entry problems
Troubleshoot payroll problems/errors
Audit reports during payroll processing
Support benefits team with leave of absence adjustments
Support gross to net calculations expertise
Provide support to US Benefits team(s)
Research unclaimed wage payments
Support Year End tax reporting processes
Support ROE completion and inquiries
Complete employment verifications
