What You'll Do.
Prepare and process payrolls for employees in the
Ensure timely delivery of semi-monthly and monthly payroll
Work closely with People Operations (HR) and Finance
Ensure accuracy of payroll data
Review employee expense reports
Maintain updated employee information in tools
Carry out communication with Finance and payroll providers
Create and maintain payroll files
Ensure stock based compensation activity is accurately captured
Remit related taxes to tax authorities
Participate in month-end
and year-end closing tasks
Support execution of annual statutory audits
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Provide timely delivery of audit documentation and responses
Support other members of the finance team

The ideal candidate will have experience managing payroll across Singapore, India, China, Australia, and Japan, so experience in any of these countries is what we’re looking for. * Prepare and process payrolls for employees in the APAC & EMEA. * Ensure the timely delivery of semi-monthly and monthly payroll files. * Work closely with the People Operations (HR) and Finance teams to ensure the accuracy of the payroll data.
