What You'll Do.

Manage onboarding of payroll process

Manage payroll vendors

Manage payroll interfaces

Support finalization of payrolls

Transition payrolls to online tool

Act as key point of contact

Manage sensitive client information

Collaborate with external partners

Monitor incoming files

Follow up on missing data

Support census validation

Build payroll knowledge

Ensure smooth handoffs

Explain data and technical issues

Track and report on implementations

Drive solutions to address root causes

Provide backup to teammates

Offer clear communication and direction

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate with external partners (Payroll Vendors, Payroll Aggregators, TPAs, etc.); Partner with stakeholders to build payroll knowledge; Ensure smooth handoffs; Clearly explain data and technical issues to various audiences; Provide backup to teammates; Offer clear communication and direction to internal and external contacts; Work collaboratively within a team; Good working relationships across the Business Unit and onshore counterparts
