Full Job Description
Job Summary We are working with a leading provider of corporate services and business consultancy to hire a Payroll Senior Associate. In this role, you will manage end-to-end payroll processing for a portfolio of clients in Singapore across different industries. You will work in a service-oriented environment that promises accuracy, efficiency and meaningful partnership with clients. - Serve as a key point of contact for assigned clients on payroll matters, managing queries and providing timely resolution. - Prepare and review payroll reports, and support clients with reconciliation, variance analysis, and audit requirements. - Ensure accurate and timely submission of statutory contributions and filings (e.g., CPF, IR8A, IR21) in accordance with applicable regulations. - Process and manage government claims, including NS Pay and statutory leave claims e.g., maternity, childcare), on behalf of clients. - Administer employee benefits for clients, including insurance enrolment, claims, and renewals. - Maintain proper payroll documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. - Support manager with onboarding of new clients, including payroll setup and data migration, where required. - Assist with other payroll and HR-related duties if required. Our ideal candidate - Has a Diploma or higher qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. - Has at least 2 years of relevant payroll experience, preferably in an outsourcing environment. - Familiar with Singapore payroll practices and statutory requirements. - Has experience handling multiple payroll cycles and client accounts is advantageous. - Proficient in payroll systems and HRIS platforms. Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage competing deadlines. - Has good communication and stakeholder management skills.
