What You'll Do.
Own compliance for your country or region
Ensure local requirements are correctly interpreted
Embed legislation into Remote’s product
Translate statutory rules into structured requirements
Partner with Product Design to create compliant user experiences
Review specifications

You hold deep expertise in local legislation and apply it across everything from audits to product design. You’ll translate complex rules into scalable processes, systems, and documentation — ensuring Remote continuously meets (and anticipates) regulatory standards. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Legal to embed compliance into the foundations of our global payroll platform. You’ll lead investigations and incident resolution, drive continuous improvement, and mentor teams to raise compliance capability across the organisation.
