5 years experience within a payroll officer / Specialist role, Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft product suite, Ability to navigate and use payroll systems, Advanced investigative skills, Numerical & analytical skills, Interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, Flexibility in managing changing priorities, Ability to identify risk, Manage multiple priorities, High levels of resilience, Ability to work in high pressured situations

Work with key stakeholders
Write Payroll/Award/EA test scripts
Perform scenario testing
Prepare training as SME
Perform training as SME
Reconcile leave from legacy systems
Investigate new system changes
Test new system changes
Monitor Legislation changes
Update system processes
Update system policies
Ensure payroll compliance
Meet legislative compliance requirements
Foster good relationships
Continue business customer relationships
