Generate payroll reports
Manage statutory requirements
Act as primary point of contact for employee
Resolve payroll issues professionally and promptly
Provide documentation and reporting for audits
Stay current on changes to ANZ labor and
Update internal SAP processes to reflect new regulations
Participate in SAP system testing
Participate in SAP enhancements
Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives

Process final settlement as per state compliance

Job Summary: TheAustralia/New Zealand Payroll professional is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees within Australia and New Zealand, maintaining strict compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws. This role requires deep expertise in ANZ payroll regulations and hands-on experience with SAP HCM (PY module-ECC) or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), focusing on complex tax calculations, reporting, and statutory compliance. Key Responsibilities: ● End-to-End Processing: Manage full-cycle Australia/New Zealand payroll using SAP ECC, including regular salaries, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and variable pay. ● Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Australia and New Zealand payroll regulations, including PAYG withholding, Superannuation, Single Touch Payroll (STP), PAYE, KiwiSaver, leave entitlements, and local statutory compliance requirements. ● Reconciliation: Maintain and reconcile payroll-related general ledger accounts and validate the accuracy of SAP payroll results. ● Data Validation: Review and validate payroll inputs, including new hire setups, terminations, compensation changes, and leaves of absence. ● Vendor Management: Review and audit outputs provided by outsourced payroll vendors to Ensure data integrity. ● Reporting & Tax Filings: Generate payroll
