5+ years of Indian payroll processing experience, 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM ECC (PY) or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Experience managing multi-state and multi-entity payroll, Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field

Ensure adherence to Indian labour regulations
Maintain and reconcile payroll GL accounts
Validate payroll inputs
Audit outputs from outsourced payroll vendors
Generate payroll reports
Manage statutory requirements
Resolve employee payroll inquiries
Provide documentation for audits
Monitor changes to Indian labor laws
Participate in SAP system testing
Process Off-cycle payroll
Process final settlements
