5+ years of Indian payroll processing experience, 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM ECC (PY) or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Experience managing multi-state and multi-entity payroll, Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field

Maintain and reconcile payroll GL accounts
Validate payroll inputs
Review and audit vendor outputs
Generate payroll reports
Manage statutory requirements
Act as point of contact for inquiries

Stay current on Indian labour laws
Participate in SAP system testing
Process Off-cycle payroll
Process final settlements
Maintain and update payroll SOP
