Working onsite in our Peachtree Corners, GA office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday every week, Occasional travel to our Sunnyvale, CA headquarters may be necessary, Proof of vaccination against certain diseases including COVID-19 may be required
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5 to 10 years of payroll experience, technical experience managing systems and data flows, Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Forward-thinking leader, Demonstrated effectiveness in taking short- and long-range approach
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 6 years of equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant payroll leadership experience, CPP or FPC certification preferred, Experience with Workday, ADP Vantage, and time & attendance (T&A) administrative oversight preferred

Drive partnership with Workday HR teams
Provide operational and strategic oversight
Ensure effective governance of policies
Identify improvements and best practices
Mitigate and investigate risk
Maintain effective internal controls
Enhance controls when necessary
Assist in identifying error root causes
Drive efficiencies of payroll related reporting
Analyze current business operations
Eliminate manual data entry
Integrate payroll with HR functions
Gather requirements from business leaders
Provide high-level reporting
Devise long-term strategic plan
Identify capabilities and investments
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partnership with Workday HR teams; Primary liaison with Human Resources; Ensure cross-functional collaboration; Attend HR all-hands; Build rapport across various stakeholders
