Must Have

Previous payroll experience in a medium to large organisation, A current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain)

Nice to Have

Experience using payroll systems (MicrOPay/SAGE strongly preferred), Tertiary qualifications in Finance or related discipline

What You'll Do.

timely and efficient payroll service

Ensure payroll processing

reporting and employee support activities are completed in line with legislative

regulatory and organisational requirements

Prepare and process end-to-end payroll of employees

input and review payroll and employee information

Review Time & Attendance records and reports

employee time sheets and verify extra hours worked

Apply relevant policies

procedures and internal controls to payrolls

as authorised by the People team

in relation to pay rates and other employment terms and conditions

Run and coordinate monthly compliance checks to meet FairWork legislation
