What You’ll Actually Do * More than just Processing: You aren’t just "processing paychecks"; you are here to maintain the best and most efficient payroll practices and systems. * Be the Compliance Authority: Act as the central expert on regional statutory obligations, ensuring every payment is audit-ready and compliant with local laws and regulations. * Drive Collaboration: Partner closely with People & Culture and Finance to evaluate new employee benefits and provide critical forecasted cost information for global financial planning. * Enable the Team: Develop a user-friendly experience that ensures every PaperCutter has easy access to their benefits and receives timely, accurate support for all payroll inquiries. * Measure What Matters: Oversee monthly and annual reconciliations and accounting entries, translating complex payroll data into accurate financial reporting.
