Comprehensive experience managing the full payroll lifecycle, understanding of payroll processes and compliance requirements, Experience managing complex payroll elements (e. g. incentives, terminations, adjustments), Good Excel skills, confidence working with payroll systems (e. g. ADP, Workday, or similar), High level of accuracy and attention to detail, Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively
What You'll Do.
End-to-end payroll processing for a monthly payroll
Manage employee lifecycle activities including new starters
Process salary payments
and various payroll adjustments
Ensure compliance with payroll legislation
and superannuation requirements
Prepare and lodge STP and payroll tax obligations
Perform payroll reconciliations
including month-end reporting and journals
Respond to payroll queries and provide support to employees and stakeholders
Assist with reporting
and general payroll administration

In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing across a dynamic workforce of over 400 employees where payroll can involve a range of complexities such as variable incentives, terminations, and regulatory requirements. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accuracy and compliance, while supporting employees and stakeholders with a high level of professionalism.
