2 years of proven experience managing payroll operations for mid-size teams (up to 3,000 employees) or complex global regions, Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems, Skills in data integrity, reconciliations, and variance analysis, Deep knowledge of statutory compliance, labor laws, tax regulations, and audit standards, Handling end-to-end payroll activities, including contracts, compensation letters, joiner/mover/leaver processes, and final settlements, Stakeholder management skills, Acting as the first point of contact for payroll queries, Driving process improvements, automation, and vendor coordination
