What You'll Do.
Accurate and timely processing of payroll across multiple regions
Supporting the full payroll lifecycle
Processing weekly payroll for both hourly and salaried employees across various jurisdictions
Investigating and resolving payroll queries
Managing the end-to-end payroll process
leavers and salary changes
Coordinating with external payroll providers for processing payroll and benefits administration
Monitoring and managing the end-to-end payroll email inbox ensuring timely responses and actions
Tracking and processing expenses and Benefits in Kind (BIK)
Responding to employee payroll queries
Supporting audits and year end payroll processes
Providing occasional support to Purchase Ledger and Accounts functions

You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external providers, supporting the full payroll lifecycle while maintaining compliance with local and international regulations.
