Must Have

Proficiency in MS Excel, Excellent numeracy skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, High degree of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive data, Communication skills, with the ability to work across teams, Working knowledge of payroll processes and accounting principles, Ability to manage workloads and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Do.

Accurate and timely processing of payroll across multiple regions

Supporting the full payroll lifecycle

Processing weekly payroll for both hourly and salaried employees across various jurisdictions

Investigating and resolving payroll queries

Managing the end-to-end payroll process

leavers and salary changes

Coordinating with external payroll providers for processing payroll and benefits administration

Monitoring and managing the end-to-end payroll email inbox ensuring timely responses and actions

Tracking and processing expenses and Benefits in Kind (BIK)

Responding to employee payroll queries

Supporting audits and year end payroll processes

Providing occasional support to Purchase Ledger and Accounts functions

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external providers; Liaising with managers and stakeholders to ensure accuracy; Ability to work across teams

Communication Scope

Excellent communication skills; Ability to work across teams; Professional and efficient manner
