Ensure accurate payroll processing across diverse compensation models, including fixed and variable compensation, bonuses, benefits, allowances, leaves, and other employee-related payments. Lead payroll automation initiatives, implement technology solutions, and enhance payroll controls, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiency while minimizing manual processes. Deliver a seamless and reliable payroll experience for employees while maintaining strict adherence to labor laws, tax regulations, social security requirements, and internal controls.
