We are responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring adherence to labor, tax, and social security regulations, and delivering reliable payroll data that supports strategic decision-making across the organization. As the company continues to scale, payroll becomes increasingly strategic. The team works closely with People, Finance, Legal, and external partners to ensure operational excellence, maintain compliance across all payroll-related obligations, and continuously improve processes through automation and technology. Challenges That Await You Operate within a fast-paced and constantly changing regulatory and business landscape, requiring agility and proactive adaptation to labor, payroll, and social security regulations. Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end payroll processes capable of supporting rapid company growth, increasing headcount, and evolving organizational structures. Ensure accurate payroll processing across diverse compensation models, including fixed and variable compensation, bonuses, benefits, allowances, leaves, and other employee-related payments. Lead payroll automation initiatives, implement technology solutions, and enhance payroll controls, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiency while minimizing manual processes. Deliver a seamless and reliable payroll experience for employees while maintaining strict adherence to labor laws, tax regulations, social security requirements, and internal controls. Partner effectively with People, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and external payroll providers to ensure accuracy, accountability, and timely execution of payroll cycles and related processes.
