What You'll Do.

Own and drive the monthly payroll process for Via Germany

As a Payroll Accountant for Via Germany, you will own the end-to-end payroll process for more than 900 hourly employees across the region, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless payroll experience. Working closely with our Finance, People, and Operations teams around the world, you’ll collaborate across functions to keep one of the most critical parts of our business running smoothly. In this role, you’ll help strengthen and improve payroll processes as Via continues to grow across Europe, ensuring our teams are supported with reliable and timely compensation every month. We are open to remote candidates, as long as you are willing to travel to Berlin once a month.
