Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to manage end‑to‑end payroll operations for India , ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and complete statutory compliance. The role requires strong working knowledge of Indian payroll, labour laws, statutory filings, audits, and employee taxation , along with the ability to collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors. Key Responsibilities Payroll Management * Manage end‑to‑end monthly payroll processing for India employees * Ensure 99%+ payroll accuracy and timely salary disbursement * Validate payroll inputs including new joiners, exits, attendance, LOP, reimbursements, and variable pay * Prepare payroll instruction files and review changes with Finance * Coordinate payroll accounting, reconciliation, and variance analysis * Generate payroll reports, dashboards, and MIS Statutory Compliance * Ensure 100% compliance with Indian labour laws including: * Provident Fund (PF) * Employee State Insurance (ESI) * Professional Tax (PT) * Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) * Shops & Establishments Act * Payment of Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, and Minimum Wages * Manage statutory filings, challans, returns, and inspections * Stay updated on labour law changes
