Extensive payroll experience in a client payroll environment, Expert legislative knowledge in said region with specialism in Denmark, Payroll implementation experience, communication skills for explaining payroll processes and issues to customers and other stakeholders, experience of using Intega payroll software in Denmark, Deep knowledge in using local payroll tools and software tools like SAP, Excel / Google Sheet, An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities, Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment, Experience in accounting/reconciliations, Writes and speaks fluent English

It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus, Demonstrates automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency

Act as subject matter expert for Nordics
Participate in Sales hand-over
Lead client hand-over
Lead client kick-off calls
Lead planning of global payroll implementation projects
Lead execution of global payroll implementation projects
Lead monitoring of global payroll implementation projects
Lead process from inception through to Parallel runs
Ensure record of all decisions
Ensure Payroll Operations have full visibility
Develop detailed project plans
Maintain detailed project plans
