This role is far more than data entry; you will be the technical lead for Workday payroll auditing, the subject matter expert for Leave of Absence (LOA) pay outcomes, and a key partner in reconciling our complex benefits landscape. You will work closely with our HR and Finance teams, as well as our external partners (OSV, Sequoia, etc.), to ensure every employee is paid correctly and every deduction is accounted for. RESPONSIBILITIES Payroll Operations & Execution - End-to-End Support: Support U.S. payroll processing by validating complex employee changes, including bonuses, relocations, severance, and final pay for terminations (ensuring strict adherence to state-specific final pay laws). - Workday Data Integrity: Ensure all payroll changes are accurately reflected in Workday and aligned with supporting documentation. - Edge Case Management: Investigate and escalate inconsistencies or payroll data edge cases, exercising strong judgment and attention to detail.
