This role serves as the accountable delivery lead for Payroll implementations, managing project scope, sequencing, risk mitigation, and customer coordination through go-live. The Specialist exercises independent judgment to resolve implementation challenges, adjust execution plans, and ensure successful activation within established governance standards.
