Working towards level 7 CIPD Qualification, Degree Educated, Payroll qualifications, Previous experience using Sage
What You'll Do.
Manage end-to-end monthly payroll
Ensure payroll compliance
Act as first point of contact for payroll
Administer pension scheme
Liaise with pension scheme agents
Provide board report metrics
Own annual salary review process
Analyse salary and benefits data
Generate and maintain HR dashboards
Provide confidential advice and support
Assist in People Strategy activities
Support employee relation activities
Assist in HR policy development
Support HR Team initiatives
Support recruitment and selection
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Liaise with pension scheme agents; Support Senior Leadership Teams; Collaborating on communication strategies

Verbal communication; Professional writing; Presenting metrics
