1 to 2 years of experience in payroll, HR, or a related field, University degree in Economics, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field, Basic understanding of Romanian labour legislation and tax regulations, Good proficiency in Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and reporting

Master the end-to-end payroll process
from input data to salary calculations
and tax return submissions
Gain hands-on experience with multiple payroll platforms and learn to adapt quickly between systems
Deepen your knowledge of Romanian labour legislation and tax regulations
Support the preparation of HR administration documents and employee records in ReGES Online
hands-on exposure to AI tools and automation in payroll and actively participate in digitalization initiatives
Develop client communication skills and learn to manage priorities in a professional services environment
